Y this always happens when some one roam around you, you neglect them, when they stop you start roaming around them, similarly when you chase some one they avoid when you stopped they started following you...
Y this always happens when you love a person with all your heart and feeling they don't care when you move on...they come back to you to make you understand that they love you too..
Y this always happens that when you have world's all time..they don't have a single second to spare...when they have planet's all time you got stuck some where...

And trust me if it doesn't happen in your lives...MY dear you are real LUCKY :P....:) because you are exempted case you are not in love ;)...and i pity you that you didn't feel the universe's best pain...:)
